Can you manage the entire event?+
Yes. We can manage venue sourcing, décor, catering, logistics, vendor coordination and on-ground execution, with photography and videography included as agreed in your proposal.
Can we hire you only as our visual partner?+
Absolutely. Book photography, videography or both while your planner or internal team handles the rest. The visual packages exclude venue, décor, catering and logistics.
How is complete event management priced?+
We prepare a bespoke, itemised proposal based on your guest count, venue, dates, design, catering, logistics and chosen services. Management fees, suppliers and applicable additional costs are confirmed before booking.
What types of events do you cover?+
Weddings, celebrations, conferences, launches, awards, corporate outings, brand activations and institutional events. Tell us the format and we will shape the coverage around it.
Can we book photography and videography together?+
Yes. Choose photography, videography or a coordinated combined team, with deliverables agreed in your coverage plan.
Do you have an in-house team?+
Our in-house photography and videography team coordinates the brief, on-ground coverage and final delivery through one studio.
Do you cover events outside Mumbai, including Goa?+
Yes. Based in Mumbai, we cover Goa weddings, corporate retreats and outings, and accept assignments across India.
Can you provide multiple photographers and videographers?+
Yes. We plan crew size around simultaneous activities, venue size, guest count and the moments that matter.
Can we receive selected photographs quickly for PR or social media?+
Selected-image turnaround can be arranged where the schedule and production allow. Please request this before booking so timing and costs can be confirmed.
Do you make cinematic highlight films?+
Yes. Highlight films, event recaps, interviews and social-ready edits can be included in your agreed deliverables.
Can guests find their photographs with a selfie?+
Ask about availability for your event. Selfie-based photo discovery depends on the selected delivery platform and is not included automatically.
How would the guest gallery work?+
Guests open the event link or QR code. Where supported, they follow the platform’s consent and selfie steps to discover matching images. Access, sharing and download permissions depend on the gallery settings.
How far ahead should we book?+
Enquire once you have a likely date and venue, especially for peak-season or multi-day events. Availability is confirmed individually.
Do you offer custom and multi-day packages?+
Yes. We can plan custom hours, crew, multiple venues and photography/video combinations for destination and multi-day events.
Are travel and accommodation included?+
Travel, accommodation and any additional production requirements are itemised in the final quote. They are not automatically included in the proposed starting prices shown here.
