What should an organiser send before the event?
The programme, venue access details, production contact, brand guidelines and a prioritised shot list. Flag any restricted areas or guests who should not be photographed.
Can one team cover photography and video?
We can plan both together. Separate roles or additional crew may be needed for simultaneous stages, interviews and audience coverage.
Do you record panel discussions?
Discuss full-session recording explicitly, including microphones, sound desk access and camera positions. A highlight film brief alone does not imply complete recordings.
Can we receive photographs during the event?
Request live selects before booking. Editing resources, selection approval and transfer arrangements need to be included in the schedule.
Do you cover events outside Mumbai?
Goa events and selected assignments across India can be planned, with travel and availability confirmed in the quote.
