A Goa offsite is often where colleagues get to know each other outside the meeting room. Our corporate outing photography follows that change of pace, documenting team activities, retreat sessions and shared moments without making the day feel like a staged shoot.
Coverage with a clear plan
Share workshops, activities, meals and transfers in one schedule. We identify the key moments and build coverage around them, with time for a team portrait and candid interactions between organised sessions.
Beach games, excursions and resort activities need practical planning for equipment access, weather and safe camera positions. Confirm the organiser's activity rules and any areas where photography would interrupt participation.
Brief participants on photography and intended use, and flag anyone who prefers not to be included. Decide whether images are for internal sharing, employer branding or public channels before the day.
Discuss edited photographs, a recap film and internal or social versions. A strong delivery includes the shared experience as well as the formal group photograph, with selection and deadlines agreed up front.

From brief to delivery
Send your date, venue or preferred setting, schedule and the photographs or films you need. We discuss coverage, crew and practical arrangements, confirm the agreed deliverables, then plan the shoot and editing handover. Availability, travel, access permissions and any optional extras are confirmed before booking.

Yes, subject to dates and availability. Send the itinerary so coverage hours, travel and overnight arrangements can be quoted.

Choose an accessible location and a fixed time in the programme. Ask a coordinator to gather the group so it is quick and comfortable.
